Who is in charge of my information?
I am, under my brand: Ines Navarro Golf. Site, books and membership, all under that one name. Just me and my name.

What do you see when I simply visit?
Very little. There's no account to make and no sign-up form here.
I use no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. No Google or Facebook trackers, no analytics scripts.
My site lives on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them safe.
You come from a video
What do you write down when I follow a video link?
My videos and QR codes carry special links: /go/ links and ?src= codes. When you use one, I write down the time, the video or link, and the page you landed on.
I also keep your country, and a scrambled code made from your IP address. I never store the IP address itself, and the code cannot be turned back into it.
So I learn which videos really help, like a chip shows you which club to trust.
A single small cookie stays for 30 days. Its only task is to keep the same version of the book page for you when you return. My site sets no other cookie. Hotmart's checkout uses its own cookies, under Hotmart's policy.
You buy a book
What reaches you when I pay for a book?
Hotmart collects your name, email, billing and payment details at its checkout. Your card details stay with Hotmart, never with me.
From Hotmart I receive your email, what you chose, what it cost, your country and the video or link behind your visit.
For book orders I keep a scrambled form of your email, not your real email.
Or you stop at checkout
And if I leave the checkout before finishing?
Then Hotmart may pass me your name and email. The same happens if the payment doesn't go through.
I may send you two emails at most, to remind you. A single click ends them. If you already bought, I stay quiet.
You join the membership
What do you keep once I become a member?
As a member, Hotmart gives me your name, email, country and time zone, your membership status and dates, and the video or link that brought you. I keep them to send your letters.
The letters let me know if they were delivered and which of their links were clicked.
You write to me
What do you do with the emails I send?
I keep your message and your email, to answer you.
After 90 days the full raw copy of the email is deleted. I keep the words of your message so I can follow our conversation.
A helping hand with replies
Do you use AI to answer my letters?
Sometimes an AI writing assistant helps me draft a reply, so you get it sooner. Your message is used for nothing else.
Why I need it
For what purpose is my information used?
To send you books and letters, to answer you and to process refunds.
To understand which videos help.
And to tell you about other books from Ines Navarro Golf. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
What it is never for
Could my details ever be sold or used for ads?
No. I will not sell your personal information, or rent it. And it is never shared for advertising.
Who helps me
Who helps you run all this behind the scenes?
Hotmart: payments, book delivery and membership billing. Resend: it sends my emails. Cloudflare: it hosts the site, stores my data and receives the email you send me.
Each one has its own privacy policy.
What you can ask
What can I ask you to do with my data?
Stop my emails with the one-click unsubscribe link in each one, or reply with the word “unsubscribe”.
Would you like to see, correct or delete your data? Write to business@navarrogolf.com. I reply within 30 days. This is for everyone in the US, California included.
Hotmart keeps its own purchase records, as the law asks.
How long it stays
When does my information go away?
Membership data stays while you're a member, until you ask me to delete it.
If you unsubscribe, I keep only a scrambled “do not email” note, so no email ever reaches you again. Order records stay for the time the law requires.
For adults
Is the site meant for children?
No. My books and membership are for adults. I never knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If I change this page
How will I notice changes to this page?
I update the page and its “Last updated” date. Look at that date first.
